In preparing for your appointment and consultation, obtaining all of your medical records is important. These would include physician visit notes (primary care and specialists), x-ray reports, procedure/surgery reports, biopsy reports, medication list, and prior hospital admission records.

Appointments can be scheduled at our main office in Houston, located in the Texas Medical Center. We also have offices in the Rio Grande Valley in Brownsville, as well as in Victoria.

Kindly remember that in certain circumstances, you will need to get prior approval from your insurance company before an appointment can be made. If not, there is the possibility that the cost of the consultation would be based on “out of network” benefits.
